Deborah received her degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, graduating Summa Cum Laude and is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
In 2002, Deborah founded the boutique firm Form & Function Interior Design serving the Dental, Medical, Hospitality, Health & Wellness and residential communities with over 600 Dental specialty offices completed. In May of this year, the firms reach was expanded to include Southern California, servicing San Diego, Irvine and the greater Los Angeles areas. Her clients include medical doctors, building owners, developers, boards, committees, management agents and residents.
Having earned his architectural design degree, Luis’s career spans over 22 years as a project architect who represents a wide range of design experiences that involve Healthcare, dental specialty office, hospitality and commercial design. Luis takes great pride in designing, detailing and administering the project through the bidding and construction phases to project closeout. Luis is involved in every aspect of design, from schematic floor plan designing which includes developing full construction documents to creating photorealistic three-dimensional planning renderings and Interior Design.
Prior to joining forces with his wife Deborah in 2018, Peter spent over twenty-five years on Madison Avenue New York, where he ran production operations for a number of ad agencies and media companies.
With over 20 years of advancement and achievement, Peter possessing a valuable balance of leadership and operations management in running creative design studios. With extensive experience in the development and leadership of collaborative, cohesive, and transparent teams, he is known for taking a hands-on approach to the projects that he works on, collaborating with clients, and bringing innovative concepts to life.
Peter was formally educated at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

W. Mark Standring has served the Evansville community for over 27 years. His father, William “Papa Doc” Standring, began the practice in 1948 when it was known as Standring Dental. He attended the University of Evansville and graduated from Indiana University’s dental school.
Dr. Standring has a tradition of excellence with numerous awards and recognition throughout his career.
He is involved in the community, volunteering with organizations such as the Hadi Shriners and ECHO dental services.
